San Nazzaro in Italy will play host to the first round of the 2021 UIM F1H20 World Championship in September.
The series hasn’t run an event since December 2019 and this confirmation will come as welcome news to all involved in the sport.
The Grand Prix of Europe will be held on the River Po where the Motonautica San Nazzaro is based, the club have already hosted the start of the Raid Pavia-Venezia and the GT30 and F2 Italian national championships this season.
Lavinia Cavallero, of H2o Racing said, “We are very happy to resume our racing activity in Italy and in a location which means a lot for the powerboat racing world.”
The Grand Prix of Europe will take place over the weekend of September 10-12.
